The Carroll family welcomes you to the only campground in Skowhegan Maine.  Two Rivers Campground is located on the banks of the Kennebec River and Wesserunsett Stream.  You’ll find plenty of activities to do here, or if you prefer nothing at all.  The choice is yours.  You may want to go fishing or boating in the river, swim in the pool, play horseshoes, or just sit by a cozy camp fire and cook marshmallows.

We can accommodate any size camper or motorhome and offer up to 50 amp service.  Our sites are level as well as grassy and offer a combination of sun and shade.  Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. We also offer a camp store for supplies, ice-cream, candy and souvenirs.  Other amenities include a 24 hour coin operated laundry facility, FREE showers, FREE cable TV, FREE WI-FI on every site, a large 2 bay dish washing station, LP gas refills, dumping stations, firewood for sale, ice, a playground, an arcade, a swimming pool with pool side lounge chairs and FREE use of our canoes, kayaks, and pedal boats. If you wish to bring your own boat, boat docking is available on a first come, first serve basis. A public boat landing is just 1/4 mile away for easy put in and take out of the water.

One of the most popular activities in the campground is fishing.

Fishing in the Kennebec River has been proven successful and fun for so many campers. In fact, the town's name - Skowhegan - was named by an Indian tribe and it means the following - A PLACE TO WATCH as the fish were (and still are) plentiful in this part of the Kennebec river. If you plan on fishing while you are camping here, a fishing license is required for anyone 16 years and older. If you do not have one, click on the link below to purchase one. It is also your responsibitlity to know the Maine fishing laws.

Two Rivers is also a pet friendly campground, however, pets must be on a leash at all times. We reserve the right to restrict certain breeds from entering into the campground. A pet rules form is available at the registration office.

We pride ourselves on offering a pleasant, comfortable, and fun vacation for all by providing immaculate facilities.  This includes nicely manicured and landscaped grounds, as well as clean bathrooms, showers, and laundry room.

Come discover why so many others have told us that Two Rivers Campground is their true vacationland.  Reserve your campsite today!
